Initally bought a battery from them. Took the battery home and installed it in my motorcycle which didn't work. Tested the battery and it was dead. Drove back and the person working at the parts counter tested it in front of me and stated it wouldn't hold a load and it was bad. Was then told that I needed to leave my contact information so they could test it again. Got a call the next day that the battery was now "questionable" which is a joke. Was told that I could wait a week for them to exact swap the battery or pay $12 for an upgrade. Asked them if they could comp me the $12 seeing as though I had to drive out a 3rd time for their mistake which is an hour round trip for me, they refused to do that. All in all just a sketchy place, proceed with caution.
I’m new to the area and thought I would check out this local shop. I arrived at opening so there was only one other customer in the store. The four employees on the floor were too busy talking to each other to even notice I was there. I did end up buying a new helmet and the young lady at the counter was very nice. As for the rest of the staff I guess I’ll never know. What a shame, I was actually interested in upgrading my bike.
I got my first motorcycle there. Glenn and Anthony helped me get a good deal and were extremely professional. Customer service is awesome.

I have been doing business with Ed Krass for over 30 years, 92 RMX 250 was the first bike purchased there. Always a pleasure to work with and just a good guy. I feel that he and his employees are stand up people and try their best to accommodate the buyers needs. Give them a shot if you are in the area. Thanks again for a job well done!

Cory was our salesman, and he made our purchase very smooth from beginning to the end. This is tough. Parts of this dealership are great and others...meh. They're parts department rocks. Very friendly and helpful. The Salesforce spends a lot of time looking at their cell phones. I submitted an online inquiry earlier this year and never got a response yet when I go in there the salea people are talking to each other or staring at their cell phones. I bought a motorcycle from another dealer that had the same bike in stock. The service department at Mid-South is fine, but are always backed up. Fortunately I can do most repairs, tire changes, etc. myself.
